Make sure you get your date locked in, any quotes given along with availability must have a deposit paid after we send you the booking info.
If the deposit isn’t received following the booking info being sent & received the date is NOT saved and will be allocated to the next customer who sends a deposit to secure.
Please check your date is still available before sending a deposit especially if its been a while since your enquiry. Your date is only saved once we have received the deposit and you have been sent your booking confirmation detailing your invoice.
Due to the level of enquiries we get, no dates can be held without a deposit, but we’re happy to offer 24 hour grace to anyone if we can and in special circumstances – please ask at enquiry stage.
If we don’t hear back from you following an enquiry we will assume you’re no longer interested and wish you well. Xx
