My mum approved an overnight,
I promised we would sleep….
that after 11 o clock at night you wouldn’t hear a peep ?
We told some scary stories,
and had a pillow fight,
we ate too many cupcakes,
and we danced & sang all night.
The promise that I made to mum,
was impossible to keep,
at any decent sleepover,
the aim is not to sleep.
